Site Covered: https://reservations.us/

General Provisions and Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Orbtickets LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Number: 2020‑000927851) operating under the trade name Reservations.us, with its principal office in Florida (Number: M21000004421) (“Company,” “Reservations.us,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any individual or entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”) who accesses, browses, or uses our website, mobile applications, call center, or related services (collectively, the “Website” or “Services”).

By using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Reservations.us functions solely as an online travel aggregator and booking facilitator. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or car rental fleets. All bookings are fulfilled by independent third‑party travel providers in accordance with their own terms and policies.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility, user representations, and use conditions

  • Legal capacity: You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, and are a resident of a jurisdiction where access to the Website and Services is lawful.
  • Accurate information: You agree that all information you provide on or through the Website, including during registration, booking, or communications with our support team, is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • Authorized use: You agree your use of the Website is limited to gathering travel information, determining availability of travel‑related goods and services, making legitimate reservations, or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purpose.
  • Booking on behalf: If you book for someone else, you represent that you have been duly authorized to provide their information, that they understand and agree to all applicable terms, and that the information you submit is accurate.
  • Account security: If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must not share your username, password, or other access credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or breach.
  • Access control: We may, at our discretion, restrict or terminate access to the Website and Services for violations of these Terms or for any other valid reason.

Scope of services and aggregator disclosure

Reservations.us specializes in flight reservations, hotel bookings, cruise bookings, and car rentals (collectively, “Travel Services”). We act solely as an aggregator and intermediary between you and independent third‑party travel providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotel operators, cruise lines, car rental companies, consolidators, and tour operators (“Travel Service Providers” or “Providers”).

  • Flights: Subject to airline contracts of carriage, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) guidelines, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules, and applicable international conventions including the Montreal Convention.
  • Hotels: Subject to each hotel’s specific terms, policies, and local regulations, including check‑in requirements, deposits, incidentals, and resort or facility fees.
  • Cruises: Subject to cruise line terms, maritime law, port regulations, health and safety rules, and cruise‑specific policies including baggage, itinerary changes, and special requirements.
  • Car rentals: Subject to rental company agreements and policies including driver eligibility, age restrictions, licensing, insurance, deposits, one‑way limitations, geographic restrictions, and surcharges.

We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, breaches, misrepresentations, or negligence of any Travel Service Provider. Your contract for carriage or accommodation, rental, or passage ultimately lies with the applicable Provider, and their terms govern the service delivered.

Booking rules, confirmations, and payment terms

Availability and confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the applicable Provider. A booking is considered confirmed upon issuance of a booking reference, PNR, voucher, or confirmation email from the Provider or Reservations.us..

Payment methods: Payments must be made using authorized methods. We may accept major credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) subject to verification. We comply with industry security standards and may decline transactions flagged as high risk.

Billing and verification: You authorize Reservations.us and its designated ticketing or booking service providers to process charges and verify payment information as necessary to complete the transaction. We may request additional documentation for validation; failure to provide may result in cancellation.

Pricing dynamics: Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, currency fluctuations, tax or fee changes, and Provider updates. Prices are only guaranteed once tickets/vouchers are issued and full payment is processed.

Taxes and fees: The total price may include government taxes, port charges, airport fees, service fees, surcharges, and other ancillary charges. Some fees (e.g., baggage, seat selection, resort fees, fuel surcharges) may be collected directly by Providers at check‑in or on site.

Currency and exchange: Charges may be processed in different currencies. Exchange rates are determined by your bank/card issuer and may result in variances. We are not responsible for foreign transaction fees or currency exchange differences.

Service fees: Reservations.us may charge booking, post‑ticketing, processing, or call‑center service fees. Unless otherwise specified, service fees are non‑refundable.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable Provider’s rules, fare conditions, and policies. By booking through our Website or call center, you agree to abide by those terms.

Flights

  • Airline policies: Airline refund and cancellation rules vary by carrier, fare type, and route. Non‑refundable fares typically cannot be refunded. Change fees and fare differences may apply.
  • 24‑hour policies: Some U.S. carriers permit cancellations within 24 hours of booking if the flight is at least seven days from departure. Eligibility varies; airline rules control.
  • No‑show: If you fail to board without prior cancellation per airline policy, your ticket may become wholly non‑refundable.
  • Schedule changes: Airlines may change schedules due to operational, weather, or regulatory reasons. Recourse is provided by the airline per its policy. After check‑in, the airline is solely responsible for handling disruptions.

Hotels

  • Rate plans: Refundability depends on the rate plan. Non‑refundable rates may not permit changes or refunds. Cancellation deadlines must be observed to avoid penalty fees.
  • Deposits and incidentals: Hotels may require a credit card and deposit at check‑in for incidentals. Resort or facility fees are typically collected by the property and are not included in prepaid amounts unless explicitly stated.
  • No‑show and early departure: No‑shows or early departures may forfeit amounts paid. Extensions may require a new reservation at current rates.

Cruises

  • Penalties: Cruise cancellation penalties generally escalate closer to departure and may include partial or full forfeiture of deposits or fares. Promotional or special fares may be non‑refundable.
  • Fees and surcharges: Port charges, taxes, or fuel surcharges may be non‑refundable. Changes after sailing commences are typically not permitted.

Car rentals

  • Rental terms: Prepaid rentals may have strict cancellation rules or no‑show penalties. Additional drivers, age restrictions, insurance, geographic limitations, and drop fees vary by supplier and location.
  • Modifications: Changing pickup/drop‑off times or locations may require cancellation and rebooking at prevailing rates. Optional products (e.g., GPS, child seats) are subject to availability and supplier rules.

Processing refunds

  • Submission: Refund requests must be submitted through Reservations.us customer support and are processed in accordance with Provider policies.
  • Timeline: If approved by the Provider, refunds may take 60–90 days from request to appear on your statement. This is an estimate; actual times vary.
  • Method: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method, less applicable fees.
  • Service fees: Reservations.us service fees are generally non‑refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Force majeure: Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions) may limit recourse. Provider policies govern outcomes; Reservations.us is not liable for such events.

Travel documentation, compliance, and health

  • Documentation: You are solely responsible for obtaining and presenting valid travel documentation, including passports, visas (transit, tourist, business), entry permits, health certificates, and proof of return/onward travel as required by authorities and Providers.
  • Government advisories: Review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories (e.g., U.S. State Department, CDC, DOT, TSA, FAA, CBP) for international travel risks and entry requirements.
  • Health requirements: Vaccinations, medications, or health screenings may be required by destination or carrier. Consult medical professionals and official advisories before departure.
  • Disinsection: Certain countries or airlines may disinfect aircraft using approved insecticides per WHO and ICAO guidelines. Policies vary by destination and carrier.
  • Baggage policies: Baggage allowances, fees, and restrictions differ by airline and cruise line. Verify policies directly with the Provider. Excess baggage fees may apply and are paid at the airport or port.
  • Check‑in and timing: Follow Provider check‑in rules. Typical recommendations: 90 minutes for domestic flights; 3 hours for international flights. Confirm cruise embarkation and hotel check‑in times as provided by the Supplier.

Car rental special terms

  • Age restrictions: Minimum ages and young driver surcharges vary by location and Provider. Additional documentation may be required. Verify with the Supplier before booking.
  • Licensing: A valid driver’s license (and, for international renters, a passport and possibly an international driving permit) is required at pickup. The name must match the reservation.
  • Deposits: Providers may require a deposit or hold on a credit card at pickup. Debit cards may not be accepted; confirm in advance.
  • Geographic restrictions: Driving may be limited by state, province, or country. Cross‑border travel (e.g., Canada or Mexico) may require specific insurance or may be prohibited. Verify geographic limitations in your rental agreement.
  • One‑way rentals: One‑way availability and drop fees vary by location and vehicle class; confirm with your rental Provider.
  • Insurance: Liability, collision, supplemental liability, and other coverage terms vary and may be required or optional. Review your rental agreement for coverage specifics and exclusions.

Cruise special terms

  • Pricing basis: Cruise prices are typically per person, based on double occupancy, and exclude government fees, taxes, port charges, and airfare unless stated otherwise.
  • Passenger names: Names must match government ID/passport. Changes may incur fees or be disallowed by cruise lines.
  • Baggage: Cruise baggage allowances are set by the cruise line; verify policies and limitations directly.
  • Special requirements: Notify the cruise line of dietary needs, medical concerns, infant travel, or accessibility requirements in advance. We can facilitate communications but final acceptance is at the cruise line’s discretion.
  • Itinerary changes: Cruise lines may alter routes, schedules, or ports due to operational or safety reasons. Remedies are determined by the cruise line policies.

Hotel special terms

  • Amenities and requests: Amenities, shuttles, bonuses, and special requests (smoking preferences, view types, adjoining rooms) are not guaranteed and depend on availability and property policy.
  • Prepaid reservations: Prepaid bookings charge your card at booking for room/taxes but typically exclude incidentals or resort fees unless specified.
  • Vouchers: Carry booking confirmations and vouchers to present at check‑in. Properties may require printed or digital proof.
  • Meals and board basis: Meal inclusions vary (e.g., RO, SC, B&B, HB, FB, AI). Verify inclusions on your confirmation and directly with the property upon arrival.
  • Star ratings: Ratings are for reference only and may differ across systems. We do not warrant equivalence to other rating systems.
